Effective March 23, 2020, the IRT is closed due to the State of Indiana's COVID-19 orders. Please email email@example.com to reach our customer service staff regarding ticketing matters. They will return your query as soon as they are able.
With much consideration for the State of Indiana and City of Indianapolis’ COVID-19 guidelines and the health and well-being of our patrons, staff, and artists, Indiana Repertory Theatre has made the extremely difficult decision to close to the public for the rest of the 19-20 Season.
This is devastating news for our staff and artists, and we do not make this decision lightly. We thank our loyal patrons for your patience as we move forward in these unprecedented times.
Our Ticket Office will be in touch with patrons who purchased Murder on the Orient Express tickets to best accommodate the closing of this production as well as the closing of the season. As you can imagine, our customer service staff is experiencing high volumes of requests at this time, and we ask that you await their contact.
As a nonprofit organization, which employs many talented artists, artisans and staff, the IRT could use your support during this time. We know that closing for the remainder of the season is the right decision to make for our community, but please consider donating the value of the remainder of this season’s tickets to the IRT. We hope that you will help support the work of the IRT and the people who create the sets, lights, sound, costumes, take your tickets, serve your beverages, and so many more behind the scenes. We cannot overstate the devastating impact that not performing the remainder of our season will have on our organization. We know that you love what an evening at the IRT entails–an evening of high-quality theatre that strengthens community and expands our humanity.
Please help support our mission by making your remaining season’s tickets a donation and support the IRT’s ability to weather this current uncertainty and continue producing theatre for years to come. If you would also like to consider making an additional donation, go to http://www.irtlive.com/support. We thank you for the many wonderful moments of this season and look forward to when we can welcome you back again!
Your tremendous support of the IRT and the arts in our community means the world to us.
