Want to be a part of Indy's favorite holiday tradition? The IRT is now accepting applications for groups and solo acts interested in performing at Holiday Hoopla.
HOW DOES IT WORK? Holiday Hoopla activities take place before each A Christmas Carol performance. Performing artists or groups can elect to perform or host an activity before one production [available dates listed below]. In the past, IRT has welcomed groups like: high school choirs, barbershop quartets, Garfield Arts Park, Scarlet Lane Brewing, Comedy Sportz and Silly Safaris. All performances and activities should feature holiday themes and be appropriate for all ages.
WHY PERFORM? Visibility! Nearly 600 patrons attend each A Christmas Carol production.Holiday Hoopla is highly promoted on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, email and IRT's website, as well as print collateral. Groups can receive up to 30% off A Christmas Carol tickets.
DEADLINE? September 12 is the application deadline. Dates are available of a first-come, first-serve basis.
